The Passion of Joan of Arc, Student One Act Play

by Alexander Latham

10-11:00am Black Box Theater

he Passion of Joan of Arc loosely follows the story of the young martyr who led France to victory during the 100 years war and her trial before her death. In this One Act, Joan’s trial is set in a modern courtroom drama where she is on trial for the assault of devout-Christian, Jonathan Long, by defending herself and her faith as a Buddhist. Through mockery and pain, Joan tries her best to defend herself only to lose to the American court system.

See Profiles in Courage Banners on Campus

MC Marketing is continuing the trend of using the campus wide pole banners to shine the light of awareness of significant contributors to our cultures. If you walk the campus you will find Black History Profiles of Courage, Women History Profiles of courage, and soon to be added, AAPI Heritage Profiles of Courage. As time goes by many other profiles will be added to the exterior pole hangings as an affirmation of inclusivity and celebration of heritage.
