Office of Business Services

The Vice President of Business and Administrative Services serves as the Chief Financial Officer and administers the business affairs of the college including the Student Business Office, Facilities, Maintenance & Operations, Bookstore, Campus Police, College Business Services, Information Technology, Scholarships, Financial Aid, and oversees the planning, preparation and administration of the budget.

Dr. Clark has been Vice President of Business Services at Moorpark College since February 2020. Prior to Moorpark, she was the Budget Director for the Ventura County Community College District, responsible for preparing the budget documents and conducting the analysis for the VCCCD budget. She also served at Oxnard College as the College Fiscal Services Supervisor for nearly five years.

Dr. Clark has experience in K-12 leadership. She was the Director of Budget and Education Technology at the Pleasant Valley School District for more than a decade. She started her career in education as a fourth grade teacher of English Language Learner clusters in the Burbank Unified School District and has experience and a passion for teaching in English-Spanish dual emersion programs. She also served as a Technology Coordinator in Burbank and in the San Marino Unified School Districts.

Jennifer holds a doctorate in Education Technology from Pepperdine University, an MBA from California State University, Channel Islands, a Master’s degree in Education from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a bachelor’s degree in English and American Literature from the University of California, San Diego. She lives with her husband, Jim, of 28 years and two college-age sons, Jason (18) and William (18) who are both currently proud Moorpark College students
