PACE Program Agreement
The PACE Program Agreement outlines the responsibilities of students participating in the PACE Program. By applying, students confirm that they have completed the PACE Program Orientation and agree to the option of auto-registration for PACE courses. To initiate the auto-registration process, students must schedule and attend a counseling appointment each semester during the designated auto-registration cycle. If a counseling deadline is missed, students are responsible for self-registering for their courses. Additionally, students must ensure that all fees are paid to the Student Business Office by the required deadlines.

Students are expected to regularly monitor their schedules and billing information through the MyVCCCD Portal, ensuring they meet all important deadlines, including those for adding or dropping courses and for fee payment. Please note that the PACE Program cannot drop students from courses or guarantee re-registration if a student is dropped due to non-payment or voluntary withdrawal. By submitting the PACE Program application, students acknowledge and accept these terms and responsibilities for registration and deadlines each term.
