Ventura County Health and Human Services
Ventura County's Affordable Housing Program: Encompasses rental and for-sale housing units throughout the city that are restricted in cost in order to be affordable to low- and moderate-income families. Individuals meeting the eligibility criteria may be able to rent or purchase an affordable unit, depending on availability. Certain restrictions are attached to affordable units in order to maintain long-term affordability.
