Meeting with an ACCESS Counselor

Counselors can help with the setting up an education plan (Ed plan), transfer information, clear pre-requisites, update accommodations and mapping out courses for degree/certificate. Counselors are working on campus, online and over the phone.

How to meet with an ACCESS Counselor

Counseling Appointments:

Appointments are scheduled online or on the phone and you can request to meet online, over the phone, or in person.

Drop-In (no appointment needed): 

Drop in is intended for quick questions (discussing add/drop, pre-reg. clearance, completing AAPP) or help that is 15-20 minutes. 

  • Monday, 1/6: 10:30 AM-12:00 PM (Online)
  • Tuesday, 1/7: No Drop-In
  • Wednesday, 1/8: 2:00-3:30 PM (Online)
  • Thursday, 1/9: 9:00-10:30 AM (In person)
  • Friday, 1/10: No Drop-In

To attend Drop-In:

  • To attend drop in online, please join the Virtual Lobby (waiting area) by clicking on the following link: ACCESS Lobby.
  • To attend In-Person, you can come on campus (ACCESS CENTER-LM Building) during scheduled drop-in times.
