Associated Students of Moorpark College (ASMC)

Advocates for students.
Throughout the year, ASMC's Board of Directors serves as the students' voices by expressing student concerns at the campus, local, state, and national levels. The ASMC Board of Directors pass resolutions on campus to further advocate for students needs.

Fosters campus life.
ASMC Board members plan events, activities, and trips to foster engagement and development among community members.

Funds student clubs.
ASMC's Board of Directors provides tens of thousands of dollars annually to support student organizations' programs and initiatives.

Address ASMC during public comment

The Associated Students of Moorpark College Board of Directors meets weekly. Students are welcome to address the Board during public comment, or they can email the ASMC President to request an agenda item be added: ASMCPresident@vcccd.edu.

Drop in to ASMC Board members' office hours

ASMC Board members are available to connect with students and other members of the public during their office hours. Stop by the Office of Student Life in the Campus Center (across from the Bookstore, next to the MakerSpace) to learn more about ASMC office hours or to speak with a student government representative.

Students can provide information (with the option to be anonymous) by completing the ASMC Contact Form.

The physical location of the meetings is Moorpark College (7075 Campus Road) in the Campus Center Conference Room, which is located in the very back of the dining room in the Campus Center building.
